Edward Parma, Ph.D.
Chief Science Officer & Co-Founder
30+ year career at Sandia National Laboratories. Led Sandia team that invented the unique all-target reactor concept and co-developed other novel Eden technologies and IP.
Extensive experience in nuclear reactor engineering and experimentation, including design and analysis of critical assemblies, reactor safety analysis, and research reactor start-up and operation.

Paul Schlavin, PMP, PE
Facilities Engineering Director
37 years of experience in design, construction, and project management for engineering, testing, and laboratory facilities at Sandia National Laboratories. Served as Distinguished Member of Technical Staff and Senior Project Manager overseeing $10M–$100M capital projects.

Paul Helmick
Nuclear Engineering Director
30+ years of mechanical engineering experience at Sandia National Laboratories and Los Alamos National Laboratory, specializing in reactor hardware, safety-significant nuclear systems, and remote handling in high-radiation environments. Former R&D Manager at Sandia, he led NQA-1–compliant system engineering and implementation for DOE nuclear facilities.
